We are an established family run building company started by John who has over 30 years experience in the Building Industry with a City and Guilds Qualification in Brickwork.
We undertake all aspects of building work, specialising in extensions, loft conversions, bathrooms, internal conversions and general building work covering the Surrey and Middlesex areas.
We take great pride in our quality of work and our customer service. We always provide a detailed estimate which clearly states exactly what is and is not included in the cost to give our customers added peace of mind.
We are very proud to say that we are a member of the Federation of Master Builders and can offer their Build Assure Warranty Scheme. In order to join the FMB we had to meet strict eligibility criteria, details of which can be found on their website www.fmb.org.uk.
We are also a member of the Government endorsed Trustmark Scheme. To remain a member of the FMB Build Assure Scheme we are inspected by the FMB every 3 years and a copy of our inspection certificate can be provided on request.
We have Public Liability Insurance and can provide confirmation of our Insurance Policy if required.

John provides a free face to face consultation where he will meet you and discuss your visions.
Fully Detailed Estimate
After discussing your visions, John will provide a detailed quotation showing exactly what is included in the price, so you can budget accordingly.
Project commences
Your work is fully project managed by John from start to finish.

Being a Trustmark member means that we have made a commitment to customer service and good trading practices, and that we have had the technical competence of our work inspected to ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards.
We have been a proud member of the Federation of Master Builders since 2003. As a member of the FMB our work is independently inspected and we have been professionally vetted to demonstrate that we meet the high standards of a Master Builder.
